Warranty and Returns Policy
All new computer builds have a 12 month parts and labour warranty, which is a
return to base warranty. On site warranty can be purchased at additional cost.
All new components are subject to the manufacturers warranty period and terms
as stated. Items such as printers and monitors have swap out warranties held
by the manufacturer.
Products will only be exchanged if found to be faulty, refunds will not be given unless approved by the Brockham Computers. In certain circumstances a credit note maybe issued.
Microsoft Software cannot be returned due to the licence agreement and the risk of copying the software. However if the discs are damaged a replacement unit will be sent upon receipt of the faulty item.
The warranty does not cover software or problems arising from customers own equipment or software added by users.
